Step 1 - Call

We inspect the fixture, pipe or line involved, test the relevant parts, and find the cause - not just the symptom. Where needed, we use camera inspection or leak detection to see what cannot be seen from outside.
Step 3 - Upfront Price
We explain what we found, your options, and the upfront price for the work you choose, before any work begins. If repair and replacement are both realistic, we compare them honestly.
Step 4 - Fixed & Tested
We complete the repair, restore water carefully, test joints, pressure and drainage, and check the work with you. We leave the work area tidy and explain what to watch for and how to prevent a repeat.
